To begin your cycling journey with Jorge Ramos, simply get in touch to schedule your first consultation. During this session, Jorge will discuss your cycling goals, assess your current fitness level, and design a fully personalized training plan that fits your schedule, lifestyle, and ambitions. Every program is built around your specific needs, whether you’re training for your first century ride or refining performance at a PRO TOUR level.

What is the duration of a typical session?

Most training sessions last around 60 minutes, including warm-up, structured intervals, and cool-down. However, session length and intensity are adjusted to your goals and available time, whether you’re following an endurance block, a power session, or a time-efficient indoor workout. Every minute is optimized for purpose and measurable progress.

Do you offer online training?

Yes. Our online training platform lets you train anytime, anywhere. Through smart trainer integration (Training Peaks), performance analytics, and direct communication, Jorge provides real-time feedback and ongoing support, ensuring that you ride smarter, stronger, and with motivation, even from home or while traveling.

How do I communicate with my coach?

Communication is simple and ongoing. You’ll stay connected with Jorge through TrainingPeaks comments, messaging, or scheduled check-ins. This ensures that your plan is always aligned with your progress, motivation, and availability, making adjustments easy whenever life or training changes.

Is a TSS test necessary before beginning?

A stress test is not mandatory, but it is recommended if you want highly accurate training zones from day one. If you don’t have one, Jorge will help you establish your initial zones through field tests that are safe, simple, and effective for cyclists of all levels.

Is there a minimum commitment period?

There is no long-term commitment required. You can train month-to-month and adjust your plan as needed. Whether you have a short-term goal or a long-term performance project, the coaching adapts to your timeline and progression.
